Cs : Good morning sir, how can I help you?
Client  : Morning sir, I was the one who did the vehicle service at this workshop the other day. I want to complain about the items used.
Cs : Okay, what item do you want to complain about?
Client : the item code used on my vehicle does not match the code listed in the catalog part.
Cs : Oh yes, sorry, sir. Because the appropriate item in the catalog part is not ready, we happen to have the same item but a different code from the catalog part.
Client : Okay, is the price the same?
Cs : The price is different, sir. But the other day I confirmed to the father to replace the item with a different code in the catalog part.
Client : Okay, maybe the other day I didn't understand your confirmation. Can I replace the item with the appropriate code in the catalog part?
Cs : I will try, sir.
Client : Good.
Cs : Yes, sir, I will be able to report it later or not via telephone, sir.

Co-Worker : Has the client agreed to replace items with different codes in the catalog part?
Cs : The client has agreed to replace the item.
Co-Worker : When the client agrees, have you explained it?
Cs : Yes, I explained it, but the client didn't understand it.
Co-Worker : It is appropriate that the item cannot be replaced, because the client has agreed to be replaced. If the client still wants to replace, then the client must buy new items again.
Cs : Alright, I'll explain to the client.
